Walking your dog is an essential part of keeping your dog healthy, mentally and physically stimulated. Exercise, socialisation and diet are key factors which influence an animal’s behaviour.

By feeding a high-quality food and giving your dog adequate exercise with others, you will improve your dog’s health and may prevent household destruction and other behaviour problems.

About Our Dog Schools

  • We operate throughout Kent, namely Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Ashford and Hythe. We exercise dogs in the way the owners would like to do themselves – we treat every dog as if it is our own!
  • Dogs are collected from their home, taken for exercise in our secure private fields and allowed to run off the lead until their heart’s content!
  • Depending on their temperament your dog will be selected for the most suitable class. This enables the group to form bonds and friendships, which they can enjoy on a regular basis.
  • Your dog’s safety is our primary concern. All the dogs enjoy a fun, structured session, under the constant supervision of our highly trained managers. Our exercise areas are securely fenced and we are fully insured.

Frequently Asked Questions

Phone your local manager and we will arrange a time to meet you and your dog in your home. Together we will decide on a day for Dog School which is convenient to you and matches your dog’s temperament with the others in the group. We take a background history of your dog and any other important information regarding your dog’s behaviour or specific needs. We only accept friendly dogs at school. For those dogs that are less sociable, Pippa will arrange a private consultation prior to joining.

We collect your dog from your home and take them in our van to our secure fields. The vans are fitted with 10 secure dog crates, your dog will have their own crate and towel for the session. We exercise a group of dogs at a time to allow them to play and socialise together.

We run on weekday mornings and afternoons. Your dog is away from home for approximately 2-2.5hours. Generally dogs attend on the same session or sessions each week. If you have a weekly session we will collect your dog every week. If you require an ad hoc service we will do our best to accommodate on the day you require, it will be space dependent.

We invoice you at the end of the month for the sessions attended.

No – we are happy to take a key so we can collect and return your dog whilst you are out. We will discuss this with you at the initial consultation and find out what you would like.

We only offer morning or afternoon sessions. However, we return dogs very tired who normally just want to sleep!

The exercise time in the field is at least an hour (but is often more if it’s sunny and the dogs are having great fun!). The dogs are able to run and play together off lead in our securely fenced field, which really tires them out!

The interaction with other dogs and ability to investigate the field provides well needed mental stimulation for your pup too.

Yes – we have £2million worth of Public Liability cover and homeowner key insurance. Our insurance covers any accidents that your dog might have or potentially causes whilst in our care.

It is essential that your dog is vaccinated, and we ask to see their vaccination certificate at the initial consultation. It is also highly recommended that your dog receives the additional vaccination for Kennel Cough if they attend school regularly. If your dog is unwell please let us know. We take every precaution to prevent dogs transferring any illnesses. We have strict cleaning routines in place for the van and towels.

Yes! The field is totally secure and regularly checked.

No! There is always someone on site for the dogs.

We get wet. We do dry the dogs off as best as we can before dropping them home again.
